Circle K in North Augusta, SC is seeking a part-time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and lead the team in the absence of the RM. You will coach staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, shift duties, food safety, cash handling, and inventory, while training new crew and maintaining a safe, high-energy dining environment. Hospitality-focused leaders encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Full time required; availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coaches and corrects team.
• Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with Brand, Company, and health department regulations.
• Cascades information to team members and assists with new product training.
• Monitors and ensures accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory records; completes end-of-shift and end-of-day paperwork.
• In RM's absence, completes daily, weekly and end-of-period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, and other administrative duties.
• Guards safety and follows government laws and safety codes.
• Partners with RM to meet financial and operational metrics.
