Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of daily store operations
• Hire, supervise, and train staff; recruit and interview as needed
• Manage merchandising, cash handling, and bookkeeping
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service
• Ensure regular onsite attendance and support the food program
• Lead and motivate staff, communicate plans clearly, delegate tasks
