Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Part Time Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and supervise the team when the Restaurant Manager is absent.

You will coach team members, ensure food safety and quality, and help manage cash and inventory while upholding brand standards and health regulations. The role requires flexibility to cover all hours of operation and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• This position requires full-time availability during all hours of operation including pre-opening and post-closing.
• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and lead team members.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability while achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and coach Restaurant Team Members and partners with management to meet standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and period-end reports with the RM when needed.
• Maintain a safe environment and adhere to health and safety codes.
