Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year prior full-serve restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume setting.
• Strong understanding of front- and back-of-house operations and financials.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience; lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening/closing responsibilities and assist management with store operations.
• Lead shifts with energy, ensuring service and operational excellence.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Model and reinforce company mission, values and culture.
• Mentor team members and support onboarding and training.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and standards are met.
• Communicate performance and opportunities with management.
• Assist guests, run POS, or support kitchen as needed.
