Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Understanding of front of house and back of house operations.
• Strong communication and guest-focused mindset.
• Reliable transportation and drive-insurability compliant.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts and help keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
• Support Management Team with daily restaurant operations.
• Coach and develop team members during shifts.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and ops standards.
• Communicate performance and opportunities to management.
• Assist guests and operate POS as needed.
