Job summary

CAVA Group is seeking a Team Leader to help bring our mission and hospitality to life in our restaurants. You will lead the team daily, promote a positive work environment, and support training and development of Team Members while ensuring standards are met.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, placing food orders, inventory checks, and cash handling as needed. Elevate guest experiences through teamwork and consistent service.

Qualifications

• Provide hospitality to guests and create quality food experience.
• Coach, develop, and cross-train team members as the business grows.
• Support restaurant operations including opening/closing, ordering, inventory, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team daily and promote a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Assistant General Managers and General Managers to achieve performance goals.
• Delegate routines and important tasks while ensuring standards are met and staff are trained.
