Wendy's is seeking a dedicated restaurant leader to head a multi-talented team at our New Baltimore location. In this role, you will manage daily operations, staffing, training, and shift scheduling to build a 5-star team.

You will be the face of the restaurant to new hires and guide crew members in delivering the Wendy''s experience. You will support the General Manager with coaching, development, and creating a fun, respectful work environment.
