Job summary

Wendy's Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations and staff with a strong emphasis on staffing, training, and scheduling to build a 5-star team. You’ll coach and develop crew members, ensuring a fun, respectful workplace and consistent high standards for food safety and customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead shifts, model Wendy’s values, and work toward increasing sales and profitability while supporting the General Manager in all people and operations areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED required; college experience or military background welcomed.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.
