Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage daily restaurant staff, with a focus on staffing, training and scheduling to build a 5-star team.

You will identify top talent, place the right people in the right roles, coach shift teams, and ensure high food safety standards while delivering great customer experiences.

Travel to other locations as needed and collaborate with the General Manager to drive service excellence, teamwork and healthy profit.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience leading people, preferably in foodservice.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Identify 5-Star talent and place people in the right roles through effective scheduling.
• Coaching and development of the team; foster a fun, inviting work environment.
• Support the GM in people and operations while ensuring fresh food is prepared to spec.
• Lead shift managers and crew; ensure each shift improves over the last.
• Be the face of the restaurant to new hires and foster Wendy’s culture.
