Concord Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the food and beverage team at our Raleigh location, delivering guest experiences while meeting financial goals. This role ensures quality, consistency, and service excellence in all areas of the restaurant.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, and collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality, service and cost controls, while upholding our culture and guest-focused standards.

• Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or food & beverage operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service while maintaining high food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff in service sequence and product knowledge.
• Lead daily service briefings and staff development programs.
• Monitor restaurant performance and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Chef on food production, quality, and presentation.
• Oversee beverage selection, pricing, and procurement.
• Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and achieving sales and cost goals.
• Execute marketing initiatives and identify revenue opportunities.
