Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor in the Beaufort, NC area. The candidate will oversee servers, room service, DRA's, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders to ensure professional and prompt service.

The role requires hands-on leadership, knowledge of costs and service sequence, and Micros experience is a plus. The position involves opening/closing shifts, training staff, maintaining food quality, safety, and sanitation, and active floor presence to manage guest

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within full-service restaurants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on attitude and ability to supervise dining room operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Restaurant Servers, Room Service, DRA's, Host/Hostess, Bartenders to ensure high-quality service.
• Open and close shifts according to manager’s checklist.
• Train and enforce service standards using menus and reference material.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for associates and guests.
• Monitor staffing levels and overtime; ensure guest satisfaction during service.
