Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to lead dining service and beverage operations within our hotel. The starting rate is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, reflecting a hands-on leadership role in a full-service restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in hospitality, knowledge of beverage cost controls, and strong communication skills. Micros experience is a plus; willingness to cover shifts and collaborate across F&B and hotel operations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the manager to order liquor and maintain inventories to comply with NC ABC laws; manage liquor costs.
• Provide associates with tools and equipment to do their jobs; ensure smooth operations.
• Take action on problems in kitchen or restaurant; participate in weekly staff and monthly inventory meetings.
• Ensure high-quality food is prepared per recipe and expeditiously served to all outlets.
• Support other areas of hotel operation as needed.

Description

We are hiring a Restaurant Supervisor! Starting Rate: $17-20hr

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic individual for the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor to add to our exception team of passionate and committed associates!

The ideal candidate must have experience in a supervisory type position within full service restaurants with knowledge of beverage cost and sequence of service. Micros experience a plus. Should possess hands on attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Essential Functions

Provide leadership and support to Bar and Lounge servers, bartenders, bussers, steward and hostesses

Assist the manager to order all liquor for the hotel to maintain required inventories and to comply with all NC ABC laws, rules and regulations. Maintain liquor cost and implement inventory controls to keep cost within budget.

Provides associates with the tools and equipment they need to do their jobs.

Takes immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen or restaurant.

Participates in weekly staff meetings, weekly food and beverage meetings, monthly kitchen inventory.

Ensures all food served is of high quality, properly prepared according to recipe and is expedited to all outlets in a smooth and efficient manner.

Passionate to help in all areas of food service and as needed in other areas of the hotel operation.
