Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and advise restaurant servers, room service, host/hostess, bartenders to ensure professional service.
• Open and close shifts according to manager’s checklist.
• Train staff and enforce service standards using appropriate references.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment for all associates and guests.
• Monitor staffing levels and overtime; ensure adequate floor coverage.
• Assist guests with service, seating, and communication with the kitchen to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing personnel.
