Job summary

HHM Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring brand service standards and guest satisfaction. You will interview, train, schedule, coach, and support associates while upholding EarthView sustainability principles.

Ideal candidates have prior food and beverage experience, supervisory background, and familiarity with Micros PMS, with the ability to manage staffing and guest relations. This is a full-time role with weekend/holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in food and beverage required or equivalent training.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS and Micros preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Perform cash handling, deposits and payroll related tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding food and beverage service.
• Forecast staff, equipment and supply requirements based on menu.
• Follow sustainability guidelines related to EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits and follow OSHA standards.
• Ensure positive working relationships with vendors.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
