Atrium Hospitality LP is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at Greenville Embassy Suites in Greenville, SC to lead and train the restaurant team while ensuring top-notch guest experiences. The role involves scheduling, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years in restaurant service with at least 1 year in supervision, plus Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Support daily operations by resolving guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping all equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Jump in to assist servers and other restaurant associates to keep service smooth and efficient.
