Job summary

Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to deliver excellent service, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will manage schedules, monitor food and labor costs, coordinate training, and oversee daily operations while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. Three to five years of restaurant management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of restaurant management experience with proven skills in cost and labor controls

Responsibilities

• Estimates food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchases supplies.
• Maintains operating cost records and monitors budget.
• Confers with kitchen and staff to plan menus and dining room operations.
• Inspects food quality and safety; resolves complaints.
• Writes schedules for dining room staff and manages day-to-day operations.
• Performs and analyzes budgets, sales forecasts and operating reports.
