Job summary

The 800_ilani Cowlitz Tribal Gaming Authority is seeking an experienced restaurant operations leader to provide a clear vision of the company mission to the team and ensure all tasks and executions meet standards across the operation. You will maintain daily presence, interact with guests and both FOH and BOH staff, and support peers to uphold brand and service quality.

You will oversee supervision, scheduling, performance management, and coordination with HR, while ensuring health and safety

Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or recognized equivalent.
Three (3) years supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

Promotes superior guest service.
Maintains a positive organizational culture per Spirit of Talîcn and ilani Core Values.
Ensures restaurant cleanliness and perimeter cleanliness.
Document and administer discounts, voids, and transactions.
Lead, direct, and manage all FOH staff including hiring, discipline, training, and coaching.
Communicate daily with FOH and BOH managers to review operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations.
Provide leadership representing the brand to guests.
Coordinate personnel documentation with Restaurant Manager and HR.
Order beverage items as directed by management.
Write shift reports and email to management team.
Attend management meetings.
Review Kronos timekeeping for FOH staff.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform any other duties as requested by managers.
