Wingstop in Seguin, TX seeks a Restaurant Supervisor II to support the General Manager and run daily operations in their absence. This role emphasizes guest experience, policy enforcement, and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining area.

The supervisor will lead shifts, train team members, manage cash handling, and drive cost control while upholding Wingstop standards and culture.

Responsabilités

• Directs operations when GM is not present
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals via Ops Scorecard
• Address SMG customer cases within 24 hours
• Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant
• Work varying shifts
• Monitor hours worked and avoid unapproved overtime
• Ensure team compliance with standards and handbook
• Train team members in their positions
• Maintain 5-Star QSC status and complete CAP on time
• Conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations and discuss results with management
• Keep office supplies to par levels and assist in monthly inventory counts
• Follow cash handling policies and monitor payouts, voids, refunds
• Drive food cost controls and proper product ordering
• Ensure appropriate staffing and assist in interviewing candidates
• Lead pre-shift huddles and delegate tasks
• Complete Zenput tasks/forms on time
• Ensure restaurant safety, food safety, and cleanliness
• Be professional with guests and team members
• Be a problem solver
• Expedite when supervisor is absent; GM in pilot position
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Works max 40 hours/week
