Job summary

Wingstop in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor I to support the General Manager and Supervisor II during daily operations and to direct operations when leaders are not present. Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure staffing levels and training.
• Monitor service standards and resolve customer issues within 24 hours.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety policies.
• Control labor and food costs and drive sales during shifts.
• Complete pre-shift huddles and communicate tasks to team.
