Wingstop Bastrop is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor II to support the General Manager in daily operations and to direct operations when the GM is not present. You will enforce policies and drive the guest experience during your shift, ensuring a safe, clean, and high-quality dining environment.

Qualifications

• Maximize the culture of the restaurant and the guest experience while running the shift.
• Enforce all company and government policies and communicate policy changes to employees on the shift.
• Must be a problem solver and maintain safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for working towards accomplishing team and company goals, including being willing to assist in all positions when needed.
• Assist the General Manager with tasks when the GM is not working or on vacation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and operational goals are consistently above standard via the Ops Scorecard.
• Address all SMG customer cases within 24 hours, including follow-up on outstanding cases.
• Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Work varying shifts and monitor hours; overtime only with approval.
