Wingstop in Marble Falls, TX is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor II to support the General Manager in daily operations and to direct operations when the GM is not present. The role emphasizes a guest-first culture, top-notch service, and high-quality food.

The supervisor must enforce all company and government policies, manage shifts, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and training of team members while driving operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Supports the General Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Enforces company and government policies on shift.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for working towards team and company goals and assisting in all positions when needed.
• Assist the General Manager with tasks when GM is not present or on vacation.
• Ensure excellent customer service and meet operational goals via the Ops Scorecard.
• Respond to all SMG customer cases within 24 hours and follow up as needed.
• Maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Rotate shifts and manage hours, avoiding overtime unless approved.
• Ensure team compliance with standards and drive engagement and retention.
• Train team members and ensure they are fully trained in their positions.
• Maintain 5-Star QSC status and complete CAP and weekly Self-Evaluations.
• Keep office supplies stocked and assist with monthly inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and monitor payouts, voids, and refunds.
• Control food costs and manage product ordering and QA tickets.
