Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with day-to-day tasks and cover when needed.
• Maintain guest-first culture and drive guest experience.
• Ensure customer service goals exceed standards using Ops Scorecard.
• Oversee cash handling and inventory counts.
• Train team members and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain 5-Star QSC status and complete CAP and self-evaluations.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels.
• Ensure food safety and cleanliness.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and delegate work.
