• Works a maximum of 40 hours per week, unless approved by Area Coach.
• Must train Team Members and ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager and Restaurant Supervisor II in daily operations.
• Direct operations during shifts in the GM/RSII absence.
• Maintain guest-first service with clean facilities and high-quality food.
• Drive sales while controlling labor and food costs during shifts.
• Ensure safety, training, and adherence to policies and procedures.
