Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Danville, IL, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for full-time operation on a casino floor.

You will supervise restaurant operations on your shift, ensure policy, procedures, and gaming regulations are followed, and coach team members to deliver excellent guest service. You will schedule staff, monitor performance, handle guest concerns, and uphold safety and confidentiality while maintaining a positive public/employee relations environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• 1–2 years Restaurant Management experience or 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Illinois Gaming Board rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Consistently deliver courteous, professional guest service in all interactions.
• Schedules restaurant department employees and ensures correct staffing levels.
• Monitors job performance of employees and provides feedback to aid development.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and retain direct reports who reinforce excellence in operations.
• Handle guest complaints in a manner that satisfies the guest.
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
