Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment seeks an experienced culinary supervisor to oversee all Food & Beverage staff. You will participate in menu creation, labor and food cost control, and procurement for multiple venues.

The role requires extensive knowledge of Title 4 Arizona liquor law, strong leadership, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced casino environment. A pre-employment screen and gaming license are likely required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years kitchen experience with at least 2 years in a lead cook role.
• Knowledge of culinary methods and techniques; proficiency with kitchen equipment.
• Experience with cost control, food ordering/procurement, and menu development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach Food & Beverage staff.
• Ensure compliance with TOGE policies, health codes, and liquor laws.
• Develop menus, monitor labor and food costs, and schedule/procure supplies.
