Job summary

Golden Nugget Danville is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee venue operations on a shift, ensuring guest service and compliance with Illinois Gaming Board regulations.

Under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Manager, you will schedule staff, coach team members, handle guest concerns, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment on site in Danville, IL. This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within the casino hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license.
• 1–2 years Restaurant Management experience or 2–3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering guest service and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Adherence to safety rules and reporting potential hazards.

Responsibilities

• Schedule restaurant department employees and ensure correct staffing levels.
• Deliver courteous, professional guest service on every interaction.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to staff.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain direct reports who excel in operations and service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and protect confidential information.
• Promote responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service per regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
