Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an experienced Senior Multi-Unit Manager to oversee operations across gaming cafes in Illinois. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, staff mentorship, and regulatory compliance while managing daily shifts and financials.

The candidate should have prior management and customer service experience, be 21+, and capable of using a touch-sensitive POS system. You will lead teams, ensure clean spaces, and promote company initiatives during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous management and customer service experience is preferred.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation.
• Able to use a touch-sensitive POS System.
• Able to bend, reach, lift and/or carry 15 pounds.
• Must be able to maintain an active and engaged floor presence for periods exceeding 60 minutes.
• Knowledge of the service environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operations of the store during each scheduled shift.
• Act as a resource and mentor for employees, while on shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences.
• Document guest activity and records accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across café, gaming areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Manage cash drawer, sales, deposits, and tips; run weekly deposits.
• Schedule interviews and write bi-weekly staff schedules.
• Place orders for food, liquor, and supplies as needed.
• Perform maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment.
