Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced mountain resort environment. You will rotate between our restaurant and bar areas, coaching staff and ensuring friendly, high-quality service for guests daily.

The role is full-time and seasonal, requiring weekend/holiday availability and a proven leadership mindset to thrive in a dynamic setting with spectacular slopeside views.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year minimum experience in a high volume restaurant or service atmosphere.
• 1 year or more experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• At least 21 years of age.
• OLCC Service Permit & Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain.
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business.
• Able to commit to work weekends and holidays during winter season.
• Background screening required.

This isn’t your typical restaurant leadership role, it’s an opportunity to lead a Food & Beverage team in a dynamic, high-volume mountain resort setting. You’ll rotate between our restaurant and bar areas, support daily operations, coach and motivate team members, and ensure every guest receives friendly, consistent, high-quality service. With a blend of hands‑on leadership, problem‑solving, and guest engagement, you’ll help shape the heart of our on‑mountain dining experience.

Compensation:

• Wage: $ 23.61 – $26.85 hourly
