Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a fast-paced F&B Cashier to be one of the first contacts for guests in our mountain restaurants. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, process payments, and help guests with the menu while contributing to a friendly dining experience.

No restaurant experience is required; just a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work accurately as part of a team in a seasonal environment. This is a part- or full-time, seasonal role at the mountain.

Position Overview

Keep the mountain moving with a fast-paced hospitality role at Mt. Hood Meadows! As a F&B Cashier, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for guests in our restaurants, helping them get what they need quickly and accurately while providing friendly, welcoming service. Whether you’re taking orders, processing payments, or helping guests navigate the menu, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive dining experience.

In this role, you’ll take guest orders, accurately enter them into the point-of-sale system, process payments, and help keep your service area organized and running smoothly. You’ll also assist with food and beverage preparation, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and work with your teammates to keep up with the pace of a busy mountain environment. Flexibility is key, as you may move between different service areas throughout the day based on operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 14 years of age
• Oregon Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain upon hire
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Available to work weekends and holidays during winter ski season

Compensation:

• Starting Wage: $ 17.25 hourly +Tips
