At Mt. Hood Meadows, we believe in "The Perpetual Stoke" - creating an awesome work environment so our team can deliver unforgettable mountain experiences. As a Lift Operations Lead, you’ll help bring that philosophy to life by supporting lift crews, promoting a strong safety culture, and ensuring guests enjoy safe, smooth, and welcoming rides across the mountain. This is a hands‑on leadership role for an experienced Lift Operations team member who leads by example.
