Job summary

Dairy Queen is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee store operations under the supervision of the General Manager. You will focus on delivering quality food, exceptional service, and a great atmosphere while supporting marketing, inventory, and staff development.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in high-volume restaurant leadership, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a track record in controlling costs and labor. ServSafe certification is preferred. This role is on-site and fast-paced.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full restaurant operations during scheduled shifts to meet quality, service, and atmosphere goals.
• Coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, and safety practices.
• Support GM with business planning, inventory, and labor optimization.
• Respond to customer concerns and maintain fan satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; prepare schedules per demand.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
