Job summary

Tin Lizzie Indianapolis One, LLC is seeking energetic servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will take orders, deliver meals, and ensure guest satisfaction while following health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, teamwork, maintaining cleanliness, and complying with liquor laws. Prior hospitality experience and ability to stand long hours required; reliable transportation and English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing service is required.
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Clear communication and listening skills.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Basic computer usage skills.
• Food safety or related certification as required by state law.
• Adheres to dress and appearance policy.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled shifts and follow policies.
• Punch in and report to management on time.
• Prepare dining room and assist with setup.
• Sell to guests with product knowledge.
• Serve guests according to service standards.
• Assist with table and dining room cleanup.
• Process payments and operate the POS.
• Report tips as required.
• Maintain safety and sanitation in the restaurant.
• Participate in employee meetings and share ideas.
• Keep professional appearance at all times.
• Follow liquor service laws and avoid over-serving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
