Job summary

Moe’s in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager. You will help drive sales while maintaining high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, and you will lead the team during each shift.

Key duties include greeting guests, supervising crew, training staff, conducting pre-shift meetings, managing payroll and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work most shifts and weekends.
• Certified through Moe’s training program.
• Complete the 30-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
• Supervise shifts to uphold quality, service and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under guidance of management.
• Conduct pre-shift crew meetings to review procedures and safety.
• Control payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP/Variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed during shifts.
• Maintain professional appearance and adherence to policies.
• Uphold Moe’s Vision and Values in all actions.
