Moe’s Southwest Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensure food quality, safety, and guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. You will lead shift teams, manage scheduling, and support sales initiatives while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes delivering prompt, friendly service, ensuring a positive atmosphere, and enforcing health and safety regulations. This position is hourly and part-time, at a franchised Moe’s location.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising restaurant operations is a plus.
