Moe’s Southwest Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team, ensure quality food, guest satisfaction, and adherence to brand standards while managing costs and payroll. The role requires ServSafe certification and strong leadership.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, and administrative reporting. You will uphold cleanliness, safety, and professional conduct while delivering a welcoming guest

Qualifications

• Valid ServSafe certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage costs and drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Interview team members for restaurant operations.
• Train staff for prepping, cooking, packaging and serving food.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are met.
• Manage food flow, ordering, receiving, storing and serving.
• Schedule deployment and positioning of employees.
• Coach team on operational standards and take corrective action.
• Maximize profitability by controlling costs of sales, labor, and other expenses.
• Maintain a professional image and adhere to company values.
• Complete administrative reports on a timely basis.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and greet guests with a friendly 'Welcome to Moe’s!'
• Enforce sanitary practices and security procedures.
