Taco Bell Corp. in Forest Grove, OR is seeking a Shift Leader to provide management coverage during operating hours, supervise restaurant operations, and model exceptional guest service and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food prep and opening/closing tasks, and coaching team members. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are expected.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Available to work flexible hours.
• Strong math and reading skills.

Mansioni

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws and regulations.
• Offers ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Assist with any safety concerns in the workplace.
• Reports any serious issues to their manager and HR as needed.
• Conducts daily audits of food safety and prep, and daily inventory monitoring.
