Job summary

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take orders.
Prepare and package food according to restaurant standards.
Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
Restock inventory and supplies.
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
Assist with opening and closing tasks.
Manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment and compliance with workplace laws.
Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Report safety concerns to manager and HR as needed.
Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
Monitor inventory and cash procedures.
