Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Leader to provide hourly management coverage during operating hours and supervise restaurant operations. The role focuses on customer service, cleanliness, food quality, and speed of service, while coaching team members and ensuring safety standards.

The Shift Leader will optionally handle opening or closing duties and model professional behavior in daily operations, ensuring the restaurant runs to standard and provides a great work environment for the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old or older.
• At least 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation.
• Positive, friendly and courteous attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drink products per restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and policies.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
