Job summary

Depending on level, you’ll train staff and complete administrative tasks, with progression through Shift Level 1–4 as skills grow. All levels require ServSafe certification and full certification in the position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Serv Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is clean and maintained; uphold food quality, sanitation, and customer service.
• Manage costs within budgeted levels including labor, cash handling, and energy usage.
• Set up cash registers and ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Oversee and manage the shift, directing team members and maintaining customer service focus.
• Train new/existing team members in job stations and procedures.
• Complete shift management administrative tasks, reports, and sales readings.
• Post sales readings and conduct shift walk-throughs to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and customers.
• Train and develop Team Members.
