Job summary

Ultipro Costa Mesa is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager with management duties and to ensure alignment with the restaurant’s business plan. You will support Crew Persons and Team Leaders in meeting job expectations and lead shift activities with the Management Team.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including training, performance improvement, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have strong planning and time management skills.
• Must have team building skills.
• Must have investigative and problem solving skills.
• Must have ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Must have a phone or reliable method to communicate with the restaurant and maintain an open door policy.
• Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and identify/process improvements.
