Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and valid license with insurance
• Strong communication and openness to meet restaurant needs

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or on-duty supervisor with management activities
• Ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet responsibilities and expectations
• Provide quality product and customer service to deliver satisfaction
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Attend training and participate in meetings and webinars
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts
• Perform other duties or projects as needed
