Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to help the General Manager run daily shift operations and coach team members to deliver legendary guest experiences. You will supervise the restaurant on a shift basis, support staff across all stations, and lead pre/post shift meetings.

The role requires strong people management, guest service mindset, and a commitment to safety and compliance, with hands-on leadership and a focus on achieving labor and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certified in state/local food handling requirements.
• Two years of restaurant or Buffalo Wild Wings experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the operation of the restaurant on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Provides support to team members, coaches behavior, and works hands-on with all stations.
• Conducts pre- and post-shift meetings.
• Follows food safety, health codes, and safety procedures at all times.
• Completes manager tools and administrative duties accurately and on time.
• Manages labor hours and service pace to meet guidelines without sacrificing service.
• Supports execution of sales-building initiatives.
• Assists GM with interviewing, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Maintains required training and certifications; stays compliant.
