Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Montclair, CA is seeking a Shift Leader to support the management team during peak periods. You will open/close the restaurant, supervise frontline staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Certification as a Wing Certified Trainer in at least one hourly position.
• Completion of ShiftLeader certification.
• Prefer prior experience managing others or two years at Buffalo Wild Wings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% of table visits are performed and guest issues resolved during shift.
• Lead and coach team members to achieve sales and profits.
• Open and close the restaurant and manage shift paperwork.
• Monitor food quality, labor, and safety throughout the shift.
• Address guest complaints and manage team responsibilities during peak periods.
