Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Wisconsin to lead restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You’ll train on the job, act as a brand ambassador, and focus on guest satisfaction, quality, and cleanliness while driving profitability.

You will supervise hourly staff, participate in growth opportunities, and uphold company standards. This role offers engaging work and team-driven rewards.

Qualifications

• 21 years old minimum.
• At least 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills, and PC literacy.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts under exempt management.
• Represent and promote Red Robin values and brand standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness; maximize profitability.
• Train on-the-job and develop leadership capabilities within the team.
• May supervise other hourly team members as needed.
