Job summary

Red Robin in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. This role acts as a leadership ambassador, ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness while training teammates.

Candidates should bring 1+ year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays is required; ServSafe is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise peers and manage opening/closing shifts.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Serv Safe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Assist in training and leadership development within the team.
• May work in other hourly roles as needed.
