Red Robin in Edwardsville, IL seeks an energetic Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train team members, uphold brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of full-service experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Base pay is $17.65–$21.28 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining high restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to supervise peers with business maturity.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades
