Taco Bell in Scranton is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee operations during your designated shift, lead a team, maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and guest service, and uphold company policies.

You will supervise crew, coach with performance feedback, and ensure opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and food safety compliance. This role also involves scheduling, inventory oversight, and cost-control while collaborating with management.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory/managerial role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during your shift.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team understands responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and reconciliation.
