Job summary

TACO BELL is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager at our Pittston, PA location. You will oversee the operations during your shift, lead a team of crew members, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest service, and uphold company policies.

You will manage opening/closing, scheduling, training, and coaching; monitor safety, inventory, and costs while delivering friendly, fast service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant ops.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities
