TACO BELL in Wilkes-Barre, PA seeks a Restaurant Shift Manager to supervise the restaurant during assigned shifts, lead a team, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and guest service while upholding company standards.

The role involves guiding team members, creating and maintaining shift schedules, training new hires, handling cash procedures, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew members during your shift.

• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to team members.
• Maintain opening/closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to meet service needs.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures and duties.
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial targets and optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with management and staff to align goals.
