TACO BELL in Mauston, Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during your shift. You will lead a team of crew members, maintain food quality and cleanliness, and uphold company policies and standards.

You will ensure guest satisfaction through effective supervision, coaching, and adherence to safety and service protocols, while driving financial accountability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant crew during shifts.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures incl. cash handling and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to meet demand.
• Create and manage shift schedules to ensure coverage.
• Train new hires on policies, procedures, and duties.
